Committed to Serving the Springfield Community for Generations
Before I founded my practice, I spent time in the USAF/Massachusetts Air National Guard. I then explored several other ventures, including a family contracting company, a metals recycling company, and an Aviation company that included a regional computer airline. Those ventures were together instrumental in my returning to school and earned my Juris Doctorate degree from Western New England University, School of Law.
I founded my practice over 25 years ago with the hope of becoming a trusted legal advisor to the people in my community. Today, I can confidently say I have accomplished that goal and proudly continue to do so for generations of Springfield clients. Most of our current clients are the children, friends, neighbors, or colleagues of clients we have helped throughout our firm’s history. We are immensely proud of the work we have done and continue to do for our community and the successes we have achieved on behalf of our clients, who we consider part of our family.
That is why you will never see us aggressively advertise our firm on television or billboards. We have no desire to become a high-profile law firm with too many clients to manage. We prefer to devote our time and resources to our existing clients, ensuring they receive the exceptional legal services for which we have become renowned throughout Massachusetts. We believe that the best advertising comes from organic word of mouth, and we hope the quality of our work will continue to convince our clients to recommend us to others. We want to continue to be the legal resource the Springfield community can depend upon.
Part of how we make good on that mission is offering free initial consultations. Some law firms will not even hear about your legal problem without charging you, but our goal is to listen and work with you to see how we can help. We are also adamant about avoiding surprising our clients with unexpected charges, so if you choose to retain our services, we will provide you with a clear, concise fee agreement before work begins. We strive to earn your trust and deliver you the best possible results.
Today, the COVID-19 pandemic has forced the practice of law to evolve in ways that were never imagined. A lawyer must be able to accommodate their clients through making oneself accessible both in-person or virtually, away from the office. I firmly believe my firm has risen to that challenge, and that my life experiences, coupled with my law education, continues to give me a unique perspective in addressing my client’s legal questions.
When you need a lawyer, do your due diligence. Ask people you know about Hare, Stamm, Harris & O’Connor, LLC. Chances are, we’ve helped someone they know, and we can help you, too.
